Blue Sky Career Consulting was first established in February 2000 by Janice Taylor. Janice is a professional and qualified career coach with twenty years work experience in Engineering, Further and Higher Education, Training and Coaching.

Specialising in career and work issues she offer her clients the opportunity to fully review their career and working life, explore all options and take those first steps towards the future they really want.

Her approach as a career coach is firstly to work in partnership with clients to ask the questions that facilitate change and action and secondly to encourage clients to access all the resources available to them.

She strongly values the ability of each individual to take control and responsibility for their working lives and careers. With an acute awareness of her own resilience and ability to ‘bounce back’ she has developed expertise in helping people to maintain energy and focus during challenging times.
