Janice coaches and delivers workshops at all levels within organizations to team leaders, middle managers, junior staff and aspiring leaders/managers.
Past and present clients include: the BBC, the London School of Economics, British Airways, the Learning and Skills Improvement Service and Brighton and Hove city council. A very recent client is Croydon University Hospital.

Feedback after designing and delivering a ‘Preparing for an Assessment Centre’ day to group of senior and middle managers:

It was a very difficult time for the participants because they have to apply this week for the reduced number of head of department posts. I don’t think it was an easy atmosphere for Janice to work in but I have had really positive and appreciative feedback about her facilitation.

Workshops are either half or one day in length and are delivered on site, to minimise travel costs and times to participants.

Bespoke coaching programmes

Janice also provides coaching within organisations and sessions are generally delivered in person on site but other arrangements can be made if the individual prefers a different location.

Each series of sessions are especially tailored to meet the needs of the individual and combine coaching, psychometric questionnaires and self assessment surveys.

Janice coaches individuals through a range of work and career issues such as:
